This policy covers paid services booked through homeipvpn.com: the $79 setup consultation and the $379 full setup service.

CONSULTATION
$79
- Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your session: full refund, or free rescheduling, your choice.
- Credit toward the full setup: if you proceed with the $379 full setup, your $79 consultation fee counts toward it, leaving a remaining balance of $300.
- Late cancellations and no-shows: sessions cancelled within 48 hours of the start time, or missed without notice, are non-refundable. We reserve the engineer’s time for you and cannot fill it on short notice.
FULL SETUP
$379
- Before the session begins: if you cancel before your scheduled setup session, you receive a full refund of any amount paid beyond the consultation fee.
- After the session begins: the setup is a live, personalized service delivered over a remote session, so it is non-refundable once the session has started, unless we fail to deliver the service as agreed.
30 days of technical support included
Every full setup includes 30 days of technical support from the date of your session. If anything goes wrong, we are here to help with guidance and remote troubleshooting at no extra charge. Just open a support ticket or email [email protected] and we will get you back up and running.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 10 days.

If something is wrong with your booking or payment, please contact us first so we can put it right.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
